Mazda MX-5 Miata Billet Hood Pins
This is more than a set, it’s a system. Extensive engineering has gone into making our hood pins function as well as they look. The 6061 T6 billet aluminum plates are precision-machined then brushed before being clear anodized.
Specially designed Delrin bushings secure the stainless steel lynch pins to the plates and prevents scratching and wear. Vinyl covered stainless steel lanyards keep track of the lynch pins when the hood is open. The adjustable hood pins and retaining nuts are highly polished stainless steel to catch the eye and provide years of service.
Special mounting brackets are also included. Permanent modifications to the hood and radiator cover panel are required.
